I ‘ve started skateboarding again… well kinda.  It’s one of the funner ways to get around the city without a bike and less likely to get stolen.

I found this link to a park called Stockwell skatepark.  It dates bizack all to the 1970s.  One of the locals, Jeremy Donaldson, happened to be an architect as well as a keen concrete skatepark rider, and thanks mainly to him, the park underwent a complete refurbishment a couple of years ago. It re-opened in the autumn…

Apparently it is epic. Fast as hell new surface, same old friendly local riders, and plenty of new lines.
